Product launch — October 2025
The October 2025 release introduces the Marketing Performance Dashboard, the first of several new dashboards in eMarketeer.
It gives you a single view of what is driving traffic, conversions, and leads.
The Marketing Performance Dashboard
This dashboard is designed to give you clarity on what is working in your marketing. Instead of juggling different reports, you have one place to see:
Outbound activity and nurturing (emails, engagements, captured leads, nurturing, qualified leads)
Website traffic over time and by source (ads, SEO, social, email, and more)
Conversions and MQLs compared to previous periods
What campaigns, ads, and forms drive performance
The full funnel view from MQL → SQL → Opportunities → Won
Which new MQLs are added to your Lead Board
By combining website traffic data with the other data eMarketeer already captures, the dashboard becomes your performance hub. It helps you answer the question: what is really driving my marketing?
The new dashboard replaces the old Home section in eMarketeer.
What you need to install
The dashboard requires the new web tracker script to be installed on your website. Without it, no website traffic data will show. Read how to install the tracker here.
The new forms and the new forms script also contribute to the data on the dashboard. If you have not installed the new forms script, install it and start using the new forms. Read how to install the forms script here.
What is next
This is only the beginning. More dashboards are on the way, each designed to make it easier for you to prove the impact of your marketing and act on what works.
Log into eMarketeer to see the new Marketing Performance Dashboard in action.
Marketing Performance Dashboard (early access) and SSO
Marketing Performance Dashboard — outbound activity, website traffic by source, conversions, MQLs, and full funnel view from MQL → SQL → Opportunities → Won. In early access for selected accounts.
SSO — Entra — single sign-on support via Microsoft Entra.
Product launch — June 2025
The June 2025 release introduces a new form editor and a rebuilt, cookieless web tracker.
Together they change how you capture leads and how you attribute the traffic that produces them.
The new form editor

Forms are where relationships with contacts begin. This new editor lets you create modern, flexible forms and surveys that convert.
Key features:
Flexible designs to match your brand
A user-friendly interface for form building
New question types (20+ input types)
Quizzes, scored surveys, timers, and calculators
Improved respondent experience
Mobile friendly (auto-complete, responsive)
Website integration with automatic update
Multi-language forms with translations
GDPR-friendly reCAPTCHA
Built-in UTM tracking for conversion performance
What you need to know
Your current forms are kept and renamed "Forms Legacy".
You can still build forms using the old editor for now, but the new editor is the future.
Getting started
Watch the Forms editor video tutorial to get to know the new editor. When you are ready to put a new form on your website, follow the embed instructions.
Cookieless web tracker
We have rebuilt our website tracking from the ground up.
The new tracking is completely cookieless, so you will track more traffic than before as more browsers block cookie-based tracking.
The new tracking picks up as soon as a visitor enters your site for the first time. Every time the visitor comes back, the tracking continues. When the visitor converts to a lead via your website form, all the tracking history is stored on the new lead. This tells you where the lead came from initially and helps you understand which traffic generation initiatives perform best.
Features:
Cookieless tracking
Detailed traffic source tracking
Full contact web history logged on form submission
Tracking initiated from email clicks and form submissions
What you need to know
A new tracking script is required to unlock these features.
The existing tracking will continue to work temporarily but should be upgraded as soon as possible.
Getting started
See The web tracker and the installation instructions.
Contact Sources
Contact Sources — Created, Original, and Latest traffic sources now tracked at contact level, with UI elements on the contact card and filter capabilities.
Contact enrichment and permission pass
Contact enrichment — when a new contact is created, CRM is checked for missing details and the contact is populated. If FullContact is enabled, data is enriched from there afterwards.
Permission pass system (double opt-in) for specific recipient domains.
Fixed
Tweaked the algorithm for non-engaged contacts.
Billing system implementation and fixes.
Improved HTML design for the journey notifier email.
Added more fields from Facebook lead forms: work phone, work email, job title.
Contact creation and update dates now display correctly.
The journey step "Wait for trigger" no longer allows contacts to enter multiple times.
Email complaints now unsubscribe the contact in all scenarios.
Facebook lead forms now trigger journeys correctly.
