# Journeys

Journeys är automationsmotorn i eMarketeer. De låter dig bearbeta kontakter, uppdatera ditt CRM och driva andra processer utan manuellt arbete.

## Introduktion till Journeys

När en ny kontakt matchar kriterierna (filtret) för en Journey går kontakten in i den Journeyn och rör sig genom stegen i ordning.

## Viktigaste fördelarna

Journeys kan användas för att:

* Bearbeta leads från din webbplats
* Automatisera uppgifter i eMarketeer
* Skapa och uppdatera uppgifter i ditt CRM
* Automatisera ditt Lead Board

Med mera. Filtret som utgångspunkt, kombinerat med tillgänglig logik och steg, ger dig ett kraftfullt verktyg för att automatisera vilken process som helst.

## Systemkrav

Du kan använda Journeys även utan att köpa tillägget. I provläge kan du skapa hur många Journeys som helst, men bara en Journey kan vara aktiv åt gången.
