SuperOffice introduced its own consent and subscription features during Q1 and Q2 2018. If you use both systems, you should not have to manage consent in two places.
eMarketeer can run as a stand-alone product, so it keeps its own consent system. If you use SuperOffice as your master system, eMarketeer replicates and updates SuperOffice when changes happen online.
The integration covers these scenarios:
New contacts added through the lead report have their consent and subscriptions set in SuperOffice based on eMarketeer settings.
Imports from SuperOffice to eMarketeer carry consent and subscription values across.
When consent or subscription preferences change in either system, the other system is updated.
Keeping these settings in sync prevents sends to contacts who withdrew consent or changed their subscription preferences.
