With one exception, all eMarketeer data is stored and processed in the EU.
The FullContact feature, if used, queries a server in the US using email addresses. FullContact.com has always operated in compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield, and the integration is up to date with the current SCCs from the European Commission.
Admin users can enable or disable FullContact under Account > Plugins and Integrations in eMarketeer. This service is currently disabled by default for new accounts.
