Manual Steps for Integration Setup

There are some manual steps required before integrating through the UI.

You need to create an app user in the customer tenant.

  1. As a system administrator go to power apps admin panel ()

  2. Go to environments, then select the environment you’re doing the setup for

  3. Select Settings → Users & Permissions → Application Users

  4. Click create new app user

  5. Select “eMarketeer Marketing Cloud”

  6. In the security roles, select “AIB Roles”, “App Opener”, “Basic User”, “System Administrator”

  7. Save the new user

 

Another manual step is to enable auditing for the consent sync to work correctly
