We are excited to announce that we are migrating to a new billing system, and we’d like to inform you about a few key updates that may affect you.
Starting October 1, 2024, the new billing system will be fully operational, bringing some changes you should be aware of:
New Invoice Design
Expect a fresh look on your invoices from eMarketeer. The new design will make it easier to read and understand your billing details.
Introducing User Licenses
Beginning October 1, 2024, all eMarketeer customers will be assigned a specific number of user licenses. These licenses determine the maximum number of users who can access the platform for marketing and sales activities.You’ll be able to see the number of licenses allocated to your account, as well as how many are in use, on the User Administration page.
Monthly Prepaid Billing
All monthly subscriptions will now be billed in advance. As part of this transition, you will receive two invoices in October: one covering September–October, and another for October–November. To help with this change, you’ll have a 60-day payment window for the second invoice.
