Migrating to Lead Board

63 views May 22, 2023 Robert 0

If you have an existing integration between eMarketeer and SuperOffice (Online or onSite) this document describes the migration.

eMarketeer releases The Lead Board to all customers.

The release will not change in any way how the integration works. All automations, imports etc will work just as before.

The only real difference before and after the release will be about the eMarketeer web panels in SuperOffice.

The current (as of May 2023) web panels that you have in SuperOffice are these:

  • The automation queue – where you get to screen and create all contacts that does not exist in SuperOffice.
  • The timeline – lists all interactions for a specific contact in eMarketeer
  • Detailed info on Sales and Activities created by eMarketeer

After restarting your integration, the following new web panels will be added which also requires eMarketeer sales users to be accessed.
This ensures we can personalize the information and add security.

  • Lead Board web panel in the left navigation and under the SuperOffice Logo.
  • Contact Summary – an improved version of contact timeline in the side panel
  • Company Summary – summarizing all interaction and info on company (domain) level in the side panel.

Not changed

  • The Automation Queue will not be changed and it will not require a sales user.
  • Detailed info web panel for sales and activities

Removed

  • The old version of “marketing timeline” for a contact will be removed. (Replaced by the new ones above)

Things to consider

  • When you restart the integration, the new web panels, (the Lead Board in particular) will be published in your SuperOffice and visible to the SuperOffice users. If you don’t want to show this panel to the users just yet, feel free to deactivate or hide this panel in the SuperOffice admin.
  • If eMarketeer did not succeed removing the old web panels (because customization was done), you can easily remove them using the SuperOffice admin tool.
