A user in eMarketeer can have access to both marketing and sales features. With access to sales, the user will be able to work in a sales team on the lead board.

To manage users you need admin privileges.

Go to the settings are of eMarketeer and choose “User Accounts” to show a list of the current users and their privileges.

Create a new sales user

Click on the “Create User” button.

Start by typing the email address of the new user.
Enable “Sales leads” by checking the checkbox and then one or more sales teams that the new user should be a member of.

A user can be a member of one or more sales teams.

To create the user click the button “Create user and send login email”.
The user will be notified with an email to create a password and complete the profile.
