Generate and deliver leads to a sales team
The qualification and delivery of leads require these parts to be set up.
- Sales teams
Leads can only be delivered to sales teams. You can have one or as many teams as you like.
Create a sales team - Lead streams
A lead stream is a set of qualification rules (read “filter”). Any contact that matches the filter will be qualified as a lead and be delivered to the selected sales team(s).

“Sales” is a type of user which has access to the lead board for the purpose of processing leads. A sales user is always member of a team in which the leads are delivered.
