In short, however.
With one exception, all eMarketeer is stored and processed in the EU.
The exception is the feature FullContact which, if used, queries a server in the US using email addresses.
FullContact.com always operated in compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield, and the integration is up to date with the current SCCs from the European Commission.
The option to enable or disable FullContact is available for Admin Users under [Account > Plugins and Integrations] in eMarketeer.
This service is currently disabled by default for new accounts.
